How we charge
We don't print prices, because every head of hair is different. This is what sets yours, and where you will see it.
The price comes from the length and density of your hair, the technique, the time it takes and who works on it. A Tuesday cut and a full head of extensions for a quinceañera are not the same afternoon. Each stylist's price shows on the booking page.

What the consultation covers
Color, smoothing and events start with a consultation: your hair, your history and photos you bring. You leave with a plan, how long it takes and who will do it. When you book, ask whether the consultation is charged and whether it counts toward your service.

Deposits
Longer services (highlights, balayage, smoothing, cornrows and everything for events) take a deposit that holds the time. The menu marks each one, and the deposit goes toward your service.
Canceling or running late
We ask for 24 hours' notice to move or cancel an appointment, and 7 days for an event. If you are running late, call us: sometimes the service is shortened or moved to another day.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A toner, a treatment or a blowout can be added at the consultation or on the day. Your stylist tells you what changes in time and in price before starting, and you say yes first.
Tipping
Tipping is welcome and never expected. You can leave it for whoever did your hair, in cash or at checkout, and for whoever welcomed and washed you.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards are for any amount you choose and work for any service. You order them online.
