Step 1: What to bring
Photos of the style or color you like and don't, and what you remember of what has been on your hair.

Step 2: When you arrive
Arrive a few minutes early. There is parking in front of the salon and behind the building, and the waiting chair is for one companion.

Your stylist looks at your hair, listens to what you want and tells you how long it takes. You know the price before anything starts.
